Kevin grew up near Boonsboro and hunted around the
family farm since he was big enough to follow his dad,
granddad and uncles into the woods. Kevin is also an avid Turkey hunter and has taken the grand slam of turkeys and has hunted them all across the US.
Kevin recently retired from the Washington County Sheriffs Office after almost 25 years of service. Kevin is now an officer for the town of Boonsboro.
Kevin has 2 shows on ESPN'S Outdoors guiding some of the most respected legislators in Washington D.C.. One of his shows has Texas Senator Phil Gram along with Under Wild Skies Tony Makris and good friend and well noted D.C. Attorney J.D. Williams. The list actually goes on and on.
In his spare time you will find Kevin traveling all over Washington Co. scouting for ducks and geese. Kevin is also an excellent duck and goose caller and if he can't bring them into you feet down, nobody can.
Doug Hoffman
Outfitter/Guide
Doug grew up in Hancock, Maryland on the family dairy farm where his dad & grandfather introduced him to hunting at a young age. Doug shot his first deer at age12 and hunted the farm not only for deer, but rabbits, squirrels, grouse and turkey.
Living not too far from the Potomac River he first started seeing the many ducks that migrated to the river each fall, we always marveled at the large flocks of geese that would fly by each fall but it was not until the past 10 years or so did they start to stop on the local waters and as you know we now have more geese than ever in our area of Maryland.
Doug's sons Derek & Kyle have both inherited his love for hunting and the outdoors both love hunting whitetails and when time allows hunt waterfowl with dad.
Doug had worked for The Herald-Mail Company in Hagerstown, Maryland for over 36 years until the Company decided to outsource the printing of the newspaper to the Frederick News Post. This caused the layoff of the entire Press Room including Doug and another 30 employees in the Production Departments. So for the time being Doug is still looking for work and will be guiding full time during the upcoming waterfowl season.
Kelly Weagley & Bear Chief Scout/Mechanic 
Kelly Weagley came aboard in 2008 and has been helping us set up or decoy spreads and running our air boat picking up ducks and geese down river for our hunters.
Kelly also does a lot of our maintenance on our air boat and decoy trailer keeping them in top shape for the hunting season.
In his spare time you will usually find Kelly at one of the local game club shooting skeet or on the clay bird courses honing his shooting skills as if he need to do that as Kelly is an excellent shot. He reloads most of his own ammo since he shoots so much of it.
Kelly erects cell towers all over the East Coast, so when you are driving down I-70 or I-81 and see the many cell towers you can figure had something to with putting them up.
