Kevin grew up near Boonsboro and hunted around the
family farm since he was big enough to follow his dad,
granddad and uncles into the woods. Kevin is also an avid Turkey hunter and has taken the grand slam of turkeys and has hunted them all across the US.
Kevin recently retired from the Washington County Sheriffs Office after almost 25 years of service. Kevin is now an officer for the town of Boonsboro.
Kevin has 2 shows on ESPN'S Outdoors guiding some of the most respected legislators in Washington D.C.. One of his shows has Texas Senator Phil Gram along with Under Wild Skies Tony Makris and good friend and well noted D.C. Attorney J.D. Williams. The list actually goes on and on.
In his spare time you will find Kevin traveling all over Washington Co. scouting for ducks and geese. Kevin is also an excellent duck and goose caller and if he can't bring them into you feet down, nobody can.

Doug grew up in Hancock and helped out on the family Dairy farm until the construction of Interstate 70 (now Interstate 68) split the farm in half putting them out of the Dairy business.
Doug shot his first deer at the age of 12 and hunted the family farm not only for deer but for rabbits, squirrels, grouse and occasionaly a wild turkey.
Living so close the Potomac river near Sideling Hill he spent countless hours fishing in the summer and fall. There is where he first saw the many ducks and geese that migrated there in the fall. Although it was later in life that a friend introduced him to duck hunting it has became almost an addiction, and well the rest is history.
Doug has worked for the Herald-Mail Co. since 1974 and is currently the Pressroom Foreman.

Darren Daymude has been helping us out for the past couple of years and has a wealth of knowledge of the outdoors. Darren is a World Class Archer and has placed among the top archers in the country in tournaments around the US. Darren is a welder by trade and when Darren is not sitting in his tree stand waiting for that buck of a lifetime to come by, you can find him in the duck or goose blind.
Darren has been guiding hunters on the Eastern Shore for the past several years and we feel we are very lucky to have along with us.
Darren films several deer, elk and turkey hunts throughout the year with his other business "Struttin & Ruttin" and has had several air on the Outdoor Channel. When Darren is not filming or hunting you will find him at Keystone Country Store in the Archery Dept. helping equip
local archers.

Donnie Kirby is the head Videographer for K & D Guide Service. Donnie has several years experience filming hunts among other ventures. Donnie along with Darren Daymude of "Struttin & Ruttin" travel all over the country hunting and filming several hunts a year. And several have aired on the Outdoor Channel in recent years. He has filmed everything from Whitetail, elk, bear to turkey & waterfowl and well you name it and Donnie has probably filmed it.
Donnie recently retired from Mack Trucks and has been doing some scouting for our early season goose hunts. He will also be scouting for ducks and geese for our late seaon hunts this fall and winter.
Donnie will be along for a lot of our hunts this fall filming some of our exciting waterfowl hunts on the Potomac River as well as other locations.
